Don’t get between artist Edwina Sandys, the granddaughter of Winston Churchill, and a vacant taxi.
The striking redhead and her husband Richard Kaplan rushed past a Palm Beach socialite outside the Time Warner Center on Tuesday night and jumped into a waiting cab.
“That was my cab. That wasn’t very nice,” said the socialite, who had just dined with friends at A Voce.
“Go f–k yourself,” Sandys replied. Just so there was no misunderstanding, the British aristocrat also gave the horrified woman a one-finger salute .
“We were dumbfounded,” said a witness.
“I don’t remember having an argument, but this is New York,” Sandys told me.
