Fairchild ex in ‘stare’ scare

Whitney St. John — the Sag Harbor real estate broker embroiled in a bitter divorce from publishing scion James B. Fairchild — has been accused of intimidating and harassing Fairchild’s current girlfriend, Dr.
Christine Borelli.

Borelli has accused St. John of following her, videotaping her, staring her down and making inappropriate comments in a report filed with Sag Harbor police and obtained by Page Six.

The alleged incidents occurred at a Sag Harbor school attended by the kids of both women. Page Six reported that Fairchild and Borelli, a neuropsychologist and mother of three, met at the school and have moved in together. Sources said the incidents happened at the school’s morning assemblies, attended by parents.

“Whitney has been behaving in an annoying and intimidating manner,” claims Borelli in the May 31 report. “Recent incidents . . . include videotaping [Borelli] from a close proximity, constant staring . . . invading close personal space . . . and making inappropriate comments.” The report further alleges, “[St. John] stepped in front of [Borelli] and stopped, blocking her from leaving the school.” The report adds that the incidents became frequent enough that Borelli stopped attending the assemblies.

“Whitney would stare at Christine, then follow her to her car,” said a source. “It has interfered with her seeing her child.” The source added, “Other parents began to brace themselves when they’d see Whitney walking towards Christine.”

Another source added the incidents began at Christmas when St. John saw her soon-to-be ex picking out a Christmas tree in town in Sag Harbor with Borelli.

St. John and Fairchild are due back in court Monday in their divorce, which has been ongoing since 2011. She and her attorneys did not return numerous requests for comment. A rep for Borelli had no comment.

Top matrimonial lawyer Michael Stutman, of Mishcon de Reya, confirmed Fairchild did escort Borelli to the police department to file her report. But Stutman said he “could not comment further.”
