Curvy swimsuit model Kate Upton and former “Dancing with the Stars” hunk Maksim Chmerkovskiy are a couple, new photos reveal — even though the beauty has been denying it for weeks.
Upton, who has claimed to have just a friendship with the Ukranian dancer, was spotted walking hand-in-hand with Chmerkovskiy in the West Village Thursday.
In the apparent couple’s first public display of love, Upton wore workout gear while smiling and gripping Chmerkovskiy’s arm.
When asked about her relationship with the dancer earlier this month at the Style Awards in New York, the stunner told reporters, “We’re just friends.”
Prior to that, the pair had been spotted out in Manhattan and in the Hamptons, where Upton shot the movie “The Other Woman” with
co-star Cameron Diaz this summer.
Upton and Chmerkovskiy were also rumored to have spent the model’s 21st birthday together.
The sighting comes after the 20-year-old cover gal proudly touted being single on Valentine’s Day after a breakup with Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander.
In March, she was spotted smooching Diddy at the LIV club in Miami, where she joined the rapper in the VIP section.
In August, she told Elle magazine that finding love wasn’t at the top of her to-do list.
“I’m just having fun,” Upton said. “ Obviously, I have a very busy schedule at this time in my life and I don’t put relationships as a priority.”
Upton won 2013 Model of the Year at the 10th Annual Style Awards.
Chmerkovskiy is a ballroom dancer and choreographer.
