Some things just need to end. After trying to save their marriage last year, Laura Dern and rocker Ben Harper are done for good.
A judge has finally signed off on the former “Enlightened” star’s divorce from Harper, reports TMZ. They were married in 2005, having previously dated for five years.
Harper blindsided Dern when he filed for divorce in 2010. Everything was just about finalized last year, but the couple decided to give things one last go. The reconciliation amounted to naught, and Dern shortly after filed her own petition.
The terms of the split are confidential, but the former partners will share custody of their children – son Ellery Walker, 12 and daughter Jaya, 8. No spousal support will be exchanged.
