Owner Melba Wilson told us, “He was working it out. I was laughing all weekend. What a cool dude. Not only is he smart and a gentleman, but he has soul.” The fun started when a 6-year-old boy “with missing teeth” started break dancing. “I asked Charlie to join in, and he did the dougie. The restaurant was cheering him on.”
