Kim K on pregnancy: ‘Really painful everywhere’

Kim Kardashian has opened up about her difficult pregnancy during her E! special with Ryan Seacrest.

“I was waiting for this amazing experience where I could just do whatever I want, eat whatever I want, feel great, and it just hasn’t been that way,” the reality star sniffed.

“I haven’t had morning sickness, so I’ve heard that I’m really lucky, and I feel lucky [but] it’s just really painful everywhere,” she cried. “Seriously It’s not even an emotional [thing]–it’s like a pain, physically.”

Her younger sister, Khloe, added during the interview, “Her back hurts, her breasts hurt, her stomach hurts, her feet hurt, her head hurts, her eyes hurt, her nails hurt.”

Kim, 32, is expecting a baby with boyfriend Kanye West. In March, Page Six exclusively revealed that she was rushed to a doctor in Los Angeles when she feared she was having a miscarriage after returning from Paris fashion week.

She told Seacrest that she finds herself worrying about the health of her baby: “I get really paranoid and start Googling things and the images that come up are really scary, and it just freaks me out all the time.”

Seacrest asked the recently divorced E! star if she’ll ever walk down the aisle again.

“I do think I would get married again,” replied an optimistic Kim, who finalized her split with Kris Humphries just last week after a year-and-a-half-long battle.

“That’s what I’ve always wanted and just because you think you find it and realize that’s not it. I think I was brave enough just to realize that quickly and not waste time and I found what I really wanted. So I think I definitely do want that [marriage].”

West has been holed up in a palatial pad ever since Paris fashion week in February, leaving his baby mama alone to brave pregnancy and public scrutiny over her weight. But the LA-based Kim, however, said her rapper beau keeps up with the Kardashians while being so far away.

“He loves [‘Kourtney & Kim Take Miami] and loves watching the show. He travels so much that sometimes it’s just not a reality for him to be there all the time and be on, and he loves to watch it and the whole experience.”
