Healthy, wealthy, happily married Alec Baldwin, father of a beautiful baby girl, should stop feeling sorry for himself. He should apologize to all the people he frightens and offends with his hateful, homophobic tantrums.
After his show was canceled by MSNBC, Baldwin gave an unapologetic interview to Gothamist saying he had no idea that the word “c - - ks - - king” is offensive.
“If that word is a homophobic epithet, then I will make due note of that. I’ve got no desire to offend anyone,” the actor said.
Baldwin even said he’d move out of New York, if he could afford to.
“If I could get a check tomorrow and never work in this business again, I could just go take a break, if I could do something else, with my family, I would do it tomorrow,” he claimed. Alec loves the spotlight too much to walk away.
Baldwin seems to want special, elite legal status for himself, and a crackdown on those lesser beings — photographers.
“There’s so many other places to live to be happy,” he added. “You know, Bloomberg doesn’t want people to drink big sodas, but he wants to make sure those paparazzi have the right to have their lenses 5 feet from my daughter’s head.”
