Kelly Cutrone, owner of fashion firm People’s Revolution and sometimes reality star, vows to bring tough love to “America’s Next Top Model” as a new judge. “People don’t like it when I’m nice,” she told us at a bash for Robert and Cortney Novogratz’s HGTV show “Home by Novogratz” at the Crosby Hotel Wednesday. “You can check the dial of the focus testing. If I’m too nice, people don’t like it.” The former “Kell on Earth” star had her young daughter Ava on the set, where Tyra Banks gave the girl swimming lessons and showed her how to “pick up a pencil like a model. I guess it’s cute if you know what context it’s coming from,” Cutrone says of the move, “If you don’t, it might be shocking.”
