Britney Spears in Vegas hotels bidding war: report

Now that Britney Spears is relocating to Las Vegas for a regular gig, an alleged bidding war among Sin City hotels has erupted over her services.

TMZ reports that three Vegas properties are now vying for Spears as their headliner, where she’ll be tapped to perform several nights a week and make regular appearances at clubs and events.

The gossip site claims that Spears was in serious negotiations with one of the Caesars properties but at least one hotel not associated with Caesars is also trying to snag Brit.

The star will reportedly choose the hotel that forks over the most money and the best terms for her.

And her price tag? It’s big. The former “X Factor” judge could make $100 million a year performing in Vegas, which is what Celine Dion made during her stint.

Since Spears might be a bigger draw than the “My Heart Will Go On” crooner, she could see an even bigger payday.

Spears left the Simon Cowell singing competition after one season to focus on her music. The pop princess told Page Six, “I’ve made the very difficult decision not to return for another season. I had an incredible time doing the show and I love the other judges and I am so proud of my teens but it’s time for me to get back in the studio. Watching them all do their thing up on that stage every week made me miss performing so much! I can’t wait to get back out there and do what I love most.”
