Life’s a beach when you’re young, rich and in love. Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth looked totally blessed out during an intimate moment on a Costa Rican shore last week.
Miley, whose cherished dog Lila passed away earlier this month, appeared to be deep in thought and even took a long stroll along the water by herself. And she shared some of her thoughts with her Twitter followers, tweeting, “Healthiness is happiness. Laugh when you can, say sorry when you should, & let go of what you can’t change.”
The couple have been vacationing with Hemsworth’s brothers Chris and Luke and their families to celebrate his 23rd birthday.
