Ryan Reynolds had to wait like everyone else on a flight to Los Angeles Wednesday morning when a passenger was escorted off the plane due to a “medical issue.” Spies say the “Green Lantern” star was sitting in first class on a Virgin Airways flight. But back in coach, flight attendants were seen approaching a man sitting in the second row several times during the flight. When the plane landed at LAX, Reynolds grabbed his things and immediately headed toward the door but stopped in his tracks when security stormed onboard toward the man. A witness says that Reynolds had to retake his seat until the passenger was escorted out minutes later and that the actor put on a hat and sunglasses so no one would recognize him. A Virgin rep told us, “There was a minor medical guest issue that required attention from local personnel upon landing, but it was resolved quickly.” Reynolds’ rep had no comment.
