Richie Notar — of Nobu and Studio 54 fame — has been putting the final touches on his first solo restaurant, Harlow, named after his daughter who just celebrated her first birthday. The new eatery at East 56th Street and Park Avenue will be opening just in time for New York Fashion Week which starts on Feb. 7.
