Perhaps Chris Brown feels like he’s been crucified – he posted a photo of Jesus on the Cross with the caption, “Painting the way I feel today. Focus on what matters.”

The R&B singer allegedly swears that he didn’t start the Sunday night parking lot brawl with Frank Ocean, TMZ reports.

Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos is reportedly eager to have his client talk to investigators. He allegedly told authorities that Brown is “ready, willing and able” to give them a detailed account of the fight because Geragos said his client was not involved.

The famed LA attorney has handled cases for Michael Jackson, Winona Ryder and Scott Peterson.

Ocean, meanwhile, has already spoken to police and is “desirous of prosecution” LA Sheriff’s Office spokesman Steve Whitmore told The Post. The spokesman also said Brown has been named as a suspect in a battery report.

Sources told TMZ that Geragos’ team has surveillance of the end of the fight that shows that Brown did not throw any punches. The tape also allegedly clears Ocean, who does not throw swings at anyone. The fighting is said to be between the singers’ respective posses.

However, the video only captures the back end of the fight and is therefore inconclusive. The fight started in the parking lot of a recording studio where there were no cameras. The altercation then moved into the lobby of the studio, where cameras caught footage of the brawl.

TMZ reports that Brown’s account is “radically different” from that of an unnamed witness who claimed that Brown threw the first punch.

Brown could be in hot water — police want to talk to the “Nobody’s Business” singer who is on probation until 2014 for beating up then-girlfriend Rihanna on the eve of the 2009 Grammy Awards.

Brown also got into a brawl last summer at a Manhattan nightclub with rapper Drake, who had been hooking up with Rihanna. No charges were brought in that incident.
