While the music biz celebrated the Grammys Sunday, Hollywood’s movie industry decamped to Europe en masse for the British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards and the Berlin Film Festival. Harvey Weinstein threw a bash in London Friday for BAFTA host Stephen Fry at Little House Mayfair — where guests included “Silver Lings Playbook” stars Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence and “Django Unchained” actor Christoph Waltz — and hosted another party Sunday at Loulou’s. Saturday night, UK media consultant Charles Finch hosted his 14th annual BAFTA dinner with Chanel at Annabel’s for guests including Tom Cruise, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, Jeremy Renner, Joaquin Phoenix, Chris Tucker and Sally Field. The cast of “Les Misérables” arrived in London Sunday from the Berlin festival, where director Tom Hooper introduced the musical in German after speaking to the audience in French at a recent Paris premiere. George Clooney also arrived from Berlin, where he’s filming “The Monuments Men” with Daniel Craig and Matt Damon. (Berlin is particularly star-studded right now since Michael Douglas is also filming there as Ronald Reagan in “Reykjavik.”) Back at the BAFTAs, “Les Miz” star Eddie Redmayne was supposed to be a presenter Sunday night, but was “backstage at the Royal Opera House projectile vomiting” because of food poisoning.
