A 13-year-old Romanian girl has been arrested in the robbery of tough Bill Clinton senior adviser Justin Cooper last month in Paris. Cooper — Clinton’s “body man” during his time in the White House, who helped the ex-president write his autobiography — was on business while Clinton coincidentally was also in Paris at an AIDS conference organized by international nonprofit UNITAID. On May 22, Cooper was withdrawing about $400 from an ATM across from the historic Hotel George V, just off the Champs-Élysées, when he was suddenly accosted by two grade-school-age children. The kiddies apparently distracted Cooper while he was withdrawing the cash, and ran off with his dough. According to a report in Monday’s Le Figaro, a 13-year-old was arrested in Paris while in the act of committing a similar robbery. Investigators confirmed she was also involved in the Cooper robbery from video taken from the scene. The accomplice is apparently still at large. Clinton’s rep had no comment.
