Tiger Woods’ former mistress Rachel Uchitel, who’s in the middle of a nasty split from husband Matt Hahn, is making a big comeback to New York nightlife.

Sources tell us the soon-to-be divorcée is consulting at LDV Hospitality, which owns the exclusive No. 8 lounge in Chelsea and Scarpetta restaurant in the Meatpacking District. We hear Uchitel signed on with the owners to improve client relations and build sales across its restaurants and bars.

Uchitel, who lost her fiancé, Andy O’Grady, on 9/11, famously worked as a VIP hostess at clubs including Griffin, Pink Elephant and Marquee in New York, Dune in Southampton, and Tao and the Bank in Las Vegas — and had affairs with golf champ Woods and reportedly with actor David Boreanaz.

After the Woods scandal erupted, Uchitel, 38, left the nightlife scene behind and appeared on “Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew.” She even completed training to become a private investigator.

Instead of pursuing a career, she met insurance underwriter Hahn, 28, and wed him in October 2011. The couple had a daughter, Wyatt, who’s now 1, and moved to San Francisco. But in March, Uchitel returned to New York with Hahn, after his job required him to move back to the city.

Now, after a rocky marriage which reportedly included ”many explosive, verbal arguments,” and a 911 call in May after one particularly nasty spat, Hahn on Monday filed for divorce from Uchitel, citing “cruel and inhumane treatment,” a claim she denied.

Twice-married Uchitel has retained lawyers Pamela Sloan and Peter Stambleck of Aronson Mayefsky & Sloan. The legal eagles have negotiated blazingly fast settlements for Katie Holmes and Bethenny Frankel. Uchitel and Hahn were spotted leaving her attorneys’ office Wednesday afternoon.

Sources tell us a settlement in the Uchitel-Hahn case is “imminent.” Uchitel declined to comment. Neither Hahn nor a rep for LDV Hospitality got back to us.
