Like a moth to a flame, Lindsay Lohan fluttered to two California nightclubs before beginning her court-ordered stay at lockdown rehab.
The hard-partying Lohan showed up at FLUXX in San Diego on March 22. TMZ reports that at the club, she asked for vodka served in carafes instead of bottles so she would not been seen with liquor on her table. It is unclear if she was imbibing in alcoholic drinks – in photos she drank San Pellegrino.
The next day, she and a few friends watched her rumored new boyfriend Avi Snow play with his band City of the Sun at 41 Ocean in Santa Monica. Fotogs caught Lohan giving the guitarist a full-on kiss in the middle of the bar after his performance.
City of the Sun happens to be the same indie band that Lohan took in after she missed her flight to LA for her court date. Snow has apparently stayed by Lohan’s side throughout her recent brush with the law.
The “Mean Girls” actress is required to report to a facility May 2. RadarOnline reports that during plea bargain talks, Lohan’s lawyer, Mark Heller, requested that his client begin rehab AFTER the Coachella music festival in April. She was reportedly adamant about attending the Palm Springs concerts for the fourth year in a row.
A source said, “Lindsay LOVES going to the musical festival, and she’s determined to go this year. She didn’t want a little thing like rehab to get in her way of attending. Linds refused to sign off on any deal that would have prevented her from going to Coachella, period.”
Last week, Lohan denied that she was partying just hours after accepting her plea bargain.
“Guys relax, that was not me at A/V or in the Mr. Pink SUV. I’m taking this seriously and focused on the road ahead,” she wrote March 19. “I stayed in last night, after a pretty long day, and ordered sushi to my hotel. Don’t believe every little thing you hear unless you hear it from me. The support I have gotten has been great and means a lot.”
Before starting rehab, a source close to Lohan told Page Six that the troubled starlet will spend a week filming a guest spot for “Anger Management” with Charlie Sheen in LA and then “wants to go to Brazil.”
