“I’m Every Woman” diva Chaka Khan is planning to celebrate her 60th birthday tonight — as well as 40 years in showbiz — with a blowout in front of guests including Aretha Franklin. The bash begins, we hear, with a three-course dinner for 150 at newly launched “gastro-lounge” Evr by “culinary bad boy” Chris Nirschel. Other guests expected (before a larger group arrives to dance) include Star Jones, Whoopi Goldberg, Cissy Houston, Taraji P. Henson, Soledad O’Brien and Juanita Jordan. Party-hopping Khan’s coming straight from two previous birthday celebrations in her honor, in Miami and Hollywood, where guests included Anita Baker and Natalie Cole. The parties are part of Khan’s “100 Days of Chaka,” signifying the 100 days between her birthday and the 40th anniversary of her first album, in 1973, with the band Rufus.
