After settling with her former husband, Chris Burch, over copyright issues at his company C. Wonder, Tory Burch is now branching out to other designers for allegedly ripping off her designs. The preppy designer is suing New York-based Bluebell Accessories Inc. for selling accessories that featured T-shaped designs which look similar to the Burch logo. The lawsuit, filed Friday, states that Burch’s company sent Bluebell’s co-owners Jessica Min and Sung Ki Min a cease-and- desist letter. Min and Min responded, but according to WWD, didn’t provide info about the manufacturer who made the goods. Burch — taking an aggressive stance — is seeking a permanent injunction, as well as the names of the suppliers.
