Witnesses said Bynes was “barely recognizable,” and, “Her face seemed swollen, she had blond extensions and diamond piercings in her cheeks.” We’re told Bynes “didn’t seem to be drinking, but kept wandering around.” Other partying patrons included model Doutzen Kroes and singer Maxwell.
