Katie Lee is working on a new cookbook for summer 2015.
“It feels like forever,” she told us of the publication date at a Food Bank for New York event at Henri Bendel. “It’s Hamptons inspired. We have the best farmers, seafood, chicken — it’s all right there.”
She stays on the shore all year, but made a trip to the city to try the latest food craze.
“A friend of mine is friends with the ramen burger guy [Keizo Shimamoto]. He came to her apartment and made them, so I didn’t have to stand in line, which made it even better,” she said.
