‘Mob wife’ Natalie Guercio in bottle brawl

The new star of hit VH1 reality show “Mob Wives” whacked a Staten Island woman over the head with a bottle of booze at a Soho nightclub during a nasty catfight that ended with shattered glass and stitches.

Newbie cast member Natalie Guercio, 44, had been guzzling cocktails at a wild bash to celebrate the show’s fourth-season premiere at Greenhouse on Thursday when she began bickering with a woman near the dance floor, sources told The Post’s Natasha Velez.

The gal’s cousin, Alexis Crinion Genovese, 45, tried to break up the squabble — prompting the star to crack her in the forehead, sending cocktail glasses flying and landing Genovese in the hospital, needing to get seven stitches.

“[She] is an animal. It’s unacceptable behavior,” Genovese told The Post’s Lorena Mongelli on Friday. “I’m going to the doctor right now,” she said. Cops were investigating but she hadn’t yet decided to press charges.

Witnesses said Guercio continued to mouth off outside the club, even after the fight was over. “She’s definitely a little crazy,” one told Page Six. “She can’t handle her drinks. She was a hot mess . . . she has ‘beer balls.’ She’s a loose cannon!”

The booze-soaked brawl comes after former cast member Ramona Rizzo allegedly abducted a Brooklyn man and robbed him at gunpoint in a car, trying to force him to repay a debt.

The catfight took place in the same Varick Street building where Chris Brown and Drake famously fought over Rihanna last year. After that episode , the state temporarily yanked the liquor licenses of both Greenhouse and adjacent club W.i.P.

Guercio’s family runs a funeral home in Philly that laid to rest dozens of famous mobsters, including Michael “Mikey Chang” Ciancaglini, Frankie Baldino and Anthony “Blond Babe” Pungitore.

Guercio, who couldn’t be reached, isn’t the only one in the incident with mob ties. The victim married Anselmo “Sammy” Genovese, who’s linked to the Genovese crime family.
