Lamar Odom’s very public downward spiral continues without an end in sight.
The latest evidence is a video that shows the former NBA champion, 34, slurring his way through a series of nonsensical freestyle raps.
The three minute clip, which was posted to TMZ on Friday morning, the rapper addresses the money he’s making from his new fragrance, using drugs to make “all the pain go away” and his tumultuous relationship wife Khloe Kardashian.
“And when Khloe’s out of town / I still be on the DL,” the troubled basketball star raps half way through the video, before his mystery friend alludes to their extracurricular activities.
“You know what it is / We the QU [Queens] pimps / Ask any of these shorties / We ran through their cribs,” the unnamed companion says.
While it’s unclear from the video is from, or if it features Odom actually on drugs, it paints yet another troubling picture in a string of events that have seen Odom become a tabloid fixture.
Two of Odom’s former teams have said they’d consider offering the former player a contract if he could get his act together, but right now it’s hard to imagine that happening.
