Injuries sidelining Yankee stars Andy Pettitte and CC Sabathia didn’t dampen Derek Jeter’s 38th birthday celebration at Southern Hospitality in Hell’s Kitchen on Wednesday night. The Yankee captain was joined by teammates Curtis Granderson and Andruw Jones, as well as “Entourage” star Kevin Connolly, the Knicks’ Carmelo Anthony and rap mogul Sean Combs. Rapper Black Rob (remember him!?) performed his 2000 hit “Whoa,” which used to be the song played at Yankee Stadium when Jeter stepped up to the plate. The starry crew popped bottles of Ace of Spades Champagne and snacked on 500 Baked by Melissa cupcakes that were arranged in the shape “DJ2.”
