George Gurley’s recent book “George & Hilly: The Anatomy of a Relationship” has a new chapter. Gurley and Hilary Heard tied the knot Monday at the Brooklyn city clerk’s office. The couple’s 10-year courtship — including six in “intensive therapy” — was chronicled in Gurley’s humorous memoir this year. After exchanging vows, the bon vivant and his bride repaired to the River Café, where a bottle of 2003 Dom Perignon awaited. They dined à deux on tuna tartare, lobster, a cheese plate and martinis. The maître d’ even assembled a group of single ladies to catch Heard’s Renny & Reed bouquet. We’re told the couple next headed home and caught the second half of “Gone With the Wind.”
