Alec Baldwin’s accused stalker can prove she had a months-long relationship with the actor – why else would she know about his supposed intimate scar?
“How come I have his cell phone number? How come I know he’s got a scar… on his bikini line that is round?” the love-lorn Genevieve Sabourin told “Entertainment Tonight” Canada.
Sabourin, 40, said that she was in love with Baldwin and that his feelings were mutual. “It was love, for me it was love… I felt it. I don’t think it could be a one-way thing.”
She believes the “stalking” charges stem from a misunderstanding, and that her Facebook correspondence with the actor that could prove their relationship. However, she claims to have lost their messages in a moment of passion.
“When I saw that he had begun seeing someone else, I decided to cancel our friendship on Facebook, and because of that I lost the entire content of our conversations,” she adds about yoga instructor Hilaria Thomas, who is now married to the “30 Rock” star.
The pretty Canadian actress was arrested in April 2012 when she showed up at the actor’s New York City home uninvited.
She tells the show that she was looking for closure on their relationship when she was arrested outside of Baldwin’s home. “I’m not crazy, I’m not a stalker,” she said.
Baldwin has insisted that he only ever took Sabourin for dinner in 2010, as a favor for a mutual friend, and was later flooded with e-mails and unwelcome visits. He is trying settle out of court with the outspoken blonde to avoid a trial after a Manhattan Criminal Court judge denied her lawyer’s bid to dismiss the case.
