Don’t expect a fairy-tale ending to the estate battle of “Narnia” producer Perry Moore. The parents of the deceased Hollywood producer want the cash from his half of a $1.7 million SoHo pad he shared with longtime partner Hunter Hill, The Post’s Julia Marsh reports. Moore died of an apparent drug overdose in the West Houston Street co-op in February 2011, at age 39. “The family wants to close up what’s been a very painful chapter for them,” said the estate’s lawyer Dean Roberts. Moore’s dogged pursuit of the rights to C.S. Lewis’ novels, “The Chronicles of Narnia,” helped result in the wildly popular fantasy film series which grossed more than $1.5 billion. His $1.3 million estate went to his parents because he lacked a will and he and Hill had not married. The “bone of contention,” Roberts said, is over the apartment’s value, which Moore and Hill bought at the height of the market in 2008. Moore, an outspoken gay-rights activist, died before New York approved same-sex marriage in July 2011. Hill’s lawyer declined to comment.
