Bethenny Frankel seeking child support: report

Despite sitting on a ton of cash, Bethenny Frankel is reportedly asking ex Jason Hoppy to not only fork up the dough on child support but on HER medical bills as well.

TMZ reported that the reality star has filed legal documents asking for the following from her ex-husband-to-be, who has amassed riches from real estate:

— Child support retroactive from the date she filed for divorce

— Medical, dental, optical, therapeutic and orthodontic expenses for her and their child Bryn

— Life insurance that makes both her and Bryn beneficiaries

According to the gossip site, Frankel wants primary physical custody of their 2-year-old daughter and wants Hoppy out of the marital home for good.

She also wants the judge to enforce their prenuptial agreement dated March 23, 2010 that was signed five days before they married.

“This is a preliminary step to move the process forward,” a source told TMZ. “She wants to work this out privately and amicably. All Bethenny cares about is that it works out the best way possible for Bryn.”

Sounds like Frankel is a woman scorned. The Skinny Girl mogul has made a fortune over the past several years. Along with paychecks from her many Bravo shows, “The Real Housewives of New York,” “Bethenny Getting Married?” and “Bethenny Ever After,” Frankel’s assets also include a Macy’s shape wear line, New York Times’ best-sellers and her daytime talk show. Forbes put her net worth at $55 million from mid-2010 to mid-2011 alone.

The 42-year-old potentially had a lot to lose to her pharmaceutical sales exec husband, but fortunately for Frankel, a prenup was in place to determine how their marital assets will be divided up in the divorce, Us Weekly reported.
