Qatar Prime Minister Sheik Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al-Thani bought real estate tycoon Aby Rosen’s East 71st Street party mansion for $47 million in August — but now says he doesn’t like the place because it doesn’t have enough privacy or security. Sources exclusively tell us the sheik’s shopping for a new New York pad costing up to $50 million. It seems he doesn’t feel the former Rosen home, one of Manhattan’s largest, is secure enough for his two wives, 15 children and gun-toting security detail. A source said, “There were rumors there was some security breach because suddenly the sheik wanted out. He has been making inquiries about other properties in the city in the $50 million range, some which haven’t even been built yet.” We’re told the sheik has been eyeing the entire 50th floor at the under-construction super-skyscraper 432 Park Ave., at 57th Street, which offers homes for up to $82 million. As The Post reported, the sheik had also considered the city’s most expensive penthouse, which would have seen him parting with nearly $100 million for a two-story pad atop the soaring new One57 tower across from Carnegie Hall. But sources said he decided against the apartment “because he has a huge entourage and the building only had two elevators.”
