Alec Baldwin just can’t win on Broadway.

After his ill-fated “Orphans” closed early and he was then snubbed by the Tonys, the former “30 Rock” star seemingly was barred from a VIP bathroom at Nathan Lane’s Tony-winning show, “The Nance,” last week — even though his pregnant wife made the grade.

Spies at the Lyceum said Baldwin and Hilaria Thomas in the audience Tuesday night and that at intermission — when the crowd headed up the aisles to use the facilities — Hilaria, who looks ready to pop, was allowed to use a special restroom at the side of the theater.

But when Baldwin tried to use the same facility, he was barred and had to use a toilet downstairs — with the rest of the riffraff.

“Alec was stopped by security and told he couldn’t use that bathroom, which was for employees,” a spy said, adding that a disgruntled Baldwin then was overheard joking to Hilaria and friends in the lobby, ‘They won’t let me use that bathroom. I guess I’m not famous enough!”

A theater source said, “It’s actually the handicapped restroom for the whole theater, as the men’s and women’s rooms require stairs. It makes sense that Hilaria was offered that room because of her pregnancy; they offer it to all pregnant women. But they usually limit its use for those in need of a handicap-accessible location.”

Spies said that Baldwin headed to the public johns, where “he had to wait on a massive line for the men’s room while everyone was gawking at him,” and that he ignored them, focusing instead on his cellphone. Later, a friend of his quipped, “I guess pregnancy has its privileges.”

Fact is Baldwin hasn’t been very welcome on the Great White Way this season. “Orphans” drew controversy when a backstage blowup with Shia LaBeouf resulted in the “Transformers” star’s being replaced by Ben Foster — a cast change that failed to save the show. It closed in May — more than a month early,

Reps for Baldwin — who said this year that he was “born to” spit on Page Six — declined to comment.
