EXCLUSIVE: Model Irina Shayk-en by stalker

Russian supermodel Irina Shayk is seeking a restraining order against an overzealous fan who’s been stalking her for months at her West Village apartment, Page Six can exclusively reveal.

We’re told Shayk — who appeared on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue two years ago and is the girlfriend of Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo — has filed two police reports against an alleged stalker after he repeatedly appeared at her building and even gained entry to her apartment.

Police sources confirmed that Shayk has filed several complaints about an unidentified perpetrator, caught on building security videotape, who’s been sending her flowers, gifts and other items, and has showed up at her address repeatedly over two years.

Sources said the creep even scarily managed to get into the beauty’s apartment while it was being renovated after flooding caused by Superstorm Sandy months ago, while Shayk was out running errands.

She returned to find the intruder in the apartment but managed to run out and call 911. When cops arrived, the man had already left. Shayk filed a complaint, but no arrests were made.

Then, on Sunday, the stalker returned to skulk around the building, but didn’t make it up to the apartment, sources said. We’re told Shayk was alerted by building staff that the same man had returned. She filed yet another complaint, and is now asking for a restraining order, we’re told.

The frightened beauty was overheard ranting about the situation while on the phone with a pal at Bed Bath & Beyond in Chelsea later on Sunday.

A spy said Shayk was explaining to a friend that she’s “super freaked out” about the nightmare.

“She was going up and down the aisles, telling a friend she has a stalker” who showed up at her apartment again, “and how scared she is,” the fellow shopper said. “She wasn’t whispering. I’d never met her before, but I wanted to pull her aside to tell her that the middle of a packed store was [not the place] to talk about that subject matter.”

A rep for Shayk declined to comment.
