Chefs including Thomas Keller, Tom Colicchio and Rick Bayless descended on Aspen last weekend for the annual Food & Wine Classic. Between blowout parties, Geoffrey Zakarian hosted an intimate dinner for 12 at Casa Tua that included a methuselah (the size of eight bottles) of Chianti, for guests including Marc Murphy and Ted Allen. After a three-hour pigout, the jumbo bottle was still half-full, so Zakarian began pouring glasses for lucky guests at neighboring tables. The Lambs Club chef also hosted his Sirius XM show “Food Talk” at the St. Regis’ Chefs Club, where Eric Ripert, Daniel Boulud, Dana Cowin, Andrew Zimmern and Drew Nieporent dished on the festival.
