Meryl Poster, co-producer of “Mob Wives,” wasn’t surprised by the brawl at the show’s season premiere party at Greenhouse. Castmate Natalie Guercio clocked Alexis Crinion Genovese with a glass last week, sending Genovese to the hospital. At Cosmopolitan magazine’s “Cosmo 100” at Michael’s on Monday, the Weinstein Co. exec shrugged, saying, “They’re not housewives, they’re ‘Mob Wives.’ ” Poster said the bash was a private event thrown by a producer, and, “There wasn’t the same level of security. When we’re on set, there’s a tremendous amount.”
