It can be dangerous stepping into the shoes of Toronto crack Mayor Rob Ford. Bobby Moynihan of “Saturday Night Live” took a nasty spill off the stage during the show this weekend when he mocked the embattled pol.
A source told us, “He twisted his ankle and ended up missing his own movie premiere Sunday night.” Moynihan brilliantly parodied Ford in a series of disastrous press conferences, including one he ended by throwing himself into the crowd.
Just like Ford, Moynihan later found himself to be in not such great shape and was forced to miss the Cinema Society screening of DreamWorks’ “Delivery Man,” about a man who fathers more than 500 kids via sperm donation. The film’s stars Vince Vaughn and Cobie Smulders walked the red carpet and mingled at the after-party at Bill’s with Valentino and Giancarlo Giammetti, “SNL’s” Taran Killam, Kate McKinnon and Vanessa Bayer, “Graceland” star Daniel Sunjata, NY Ranger Henrik Lundqvist and Elaine Irwin.
