State might toss ‘tax-cheat’ Stephen Baldwin behind bars

Stephen Baldwin could face prison time if he doesn’t pay back a considerable chunk of the $300,000 he owes in New York state income taxes.

Page Six can exclusively reveal that the actor is due to appear in Rockland County Court on Friday to give an update on his repayments.

We’re told that the district attorney’s office has been negotiating a large payment with him, but if Baldwin fails to pay, the DA will ask for jail time.

The “Celebrity Apprentice” star admitted to the court in March that he hadn’t paid state income taxes for three years. He said at the time, “Unfortunately, I got some really bad suggestions and advice . . . from lawyers and accountants.”
