The high and low collided, in more ways than one, at the opening of an exhibition of nude photos of Australian plus-size model Robyn Lawley on Thursday night in Chelsea.
At the show by Kenneth Willardt was 6-foot-2 stunner Lawley, as well as hooded little people in a basement wrapping gift boxes for a crowd that included man-about-town Scott Lipps.
Prints of Lawley posing in her birthday suit with various animals were on view, and a stairwell led to a basement that was transformed into a red-tinted “bookmaking factory” with silver foil walls where the diminutive workers beavered away.
The show was aptly called “Size Does Matter.” A “4-D viewing app” let guests see Willardt’s pics vividly come to life.
