Nick Cannon and Nicole Murphy’s Valentine’s date

Rebounding Nick Cannon and Nicole Murphy went on a romantic late-night Valentine’s Day date together, spies tell Page Six exclusively. And they were so besotted with each other, they didn’t even notice when a Mariah Carey song played during dinner.

Cannon — in the midst of a divorce from Carey — and Murphy, whose engagement to Michael Strahan was called off in August, arrived at Tavern on the Green together Saturday night.

“The couple showed up at 11 p.m., when most other diners were already gone,” said a witness. “They were holding hands across the table, and gazing at each other throughout their meal.”

Perhaps breaking the romantic vibe, the source added that a Carey tune awkwardly began playing during their meal, but “neither paid attention. They seemed very happy together.”

We’re told their dinner together lasted for about an hour.

Page Six exclusively reported last week that Cannon and Murphy were seen dining with another couple at Bagatelle — where “Nick and Nicole and their friends were dressed to the nines” and “laughing and having a great time.” But sources at the time played down any romance. This time, however, the pair sneaked off for a romantic dinner themselves.

“America’s Got Talent” host Cannon split with Carey in December after six years. Sources told Page Six at the time that Carey suspected Cannon of cheating and had hired security to keep him away from other women.

Cannon’s subsequently been linked to Amber Rose, who’s said the relationship is professional (he is her manager). Internet rumors also burbled that he was dating singer Nicole Scherzinger.

Murphy, who starred on VH1’s “Hollywood Exes,” split with Strahan after a five-year engagement. She was married to Eddie Murphy from 1993 to 2006, and told The Post recently, “I am having fun right now being single.” And “I am not dating anyone special, but I do love being in a relationship.”

Reps for Cannon and Murphy didn’t get back to us.
