Actor Josh Brolin celebrated Halloween by getting into not one but two fights in the early hours of Friday morning.

The first incident took place shortly after midnight, in the drive-thru lane of a taco chain in Los Angeles, reports TMZ.

While looking to get some cheap Mexican food, the actor allegedly rear-ended a taxi. Instead of politely trading insurance info, Brolin embarked on a profanity filled tirade, claiming the damage was just a scratch, repeatedly informing the cabbie, “you suck as a cab driver.”

A couple hours later, Brolin ratched up the aggression, going from verbal sparring to literal sparring, according to the gossip site.

The actor got into a flailing slap fight with a bouncer outside of O’Brien’s Irish Pub in Santa Monica. Fortunately for all involved, the bouncer proved to be an expert in conflict management, convincing the clearly out-of-sorts Brolin that the two were hugging not fighting.

“We were just hugging,” the patient bouncer can be heard saying in the video.

This isn’t the first time Brolin has given in to his inner pugilist. While filming “W.” in Shreeveport, La. in July 2008, the actor and co-star Jeffrey Wright were arrested following another bar brawl.

On Monday the actor said he was “completely done” with drinking when a photographer asked him about his rowdy night, reports TMZ.

Brolin has two films coming out this winter, “Oldboy” and “Labor Day,” and if they’re filled with the dramatic twist and turns of the actor’s Halloween night, they’ll be required viewing.
