Former “Dynasty” diva Joan Collins isn’t a snob, she’s a germaphobe.
Well-preserved Collins, 80, was seen giving some fans the cold shoulder at Cipriani 42nd Street on Monday and heard exclaiming, “I don’t touch the public.”
“She made it clear she’s too much of a diva to shake hands,” a spy sniffed at the Accessories Council’s ACE Awards.
A Collins source explained she “limited contact because she’s been getting ill.” But a rep sniffed, “I witnessed her shaking hands with quite a few people, so this allegation is completely false.”
