She was spotted having a cozy brunch date with billionaire hedge fund manager Warren Lichtenstein Sunday at Morandi. After her split with Jason Hoppy, Frankel and Lichtenstein vacationed together in St. Tropez and Aspen. The pair also reportedly visited Hong Kong. A source says, “They’ve been good friends for a long time and have known each other for years.”
