Julianne Hough enjoyed a girls’ night out at PH-D at the Dream Downtown on Tuesday. We’re told the “Dancing With the Stars” hoofer arrived just after 11 p.m. in a fitted black leather jacket with nine female pals.
“She spent the night drinking and dancing with her girlfriends at a private table on the terrace,” said a witness.
We’re told Hough, who previously dated Ryan Seacrest, and her friends changed gears at 1:30 a.m. to continue their fun at Electric Room.
