Though they’re headed for divorce, Richard Gere and Carey Lowell will chair together the 19th annual ArtWalk benefitting the Coalition for the Homeless on Oct. 29. Gere is honorary chair while Lowell’s a co-chair with Coco Rocha and Alec Baldwin, among others.
Highlights at this year’s auction will include a portrait of Genevieve Bahrenburg by Chuck Close and work by Wade Guyton, Jenny Holzer, Angel Otero and Christo. Dolce & Gabbana’s sponsoring the event at 82 Mercer. Michael and Kim McCarty, and artist Roxy Paine, are among the honorees.
