DWI defendant Dina Lohan showed up to a Long Island courthouse in a chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce on Tuesday, before her lawyer begged for mercy — citing the stage mom’s “financial instability.”

Lohan, mom of “Mean Girls” actress Lindsay Lohan, pleaded not guilty to drunken driving charges, stemming from her arrest earlier this month.

Dina Lohan was released without bail and ordered back to court for another pretrial hearing on Oct. 23.

Defense lawyer Mark Heller spoke up for Dina by pleading poverty and trashing her ex-husband Michael Lohan.

“Dina Lohan is painfully mindful of the gravity of her DWI arrest,” Heller said outside court.

“She has been a victim of a home filled with domestic violence and financial instability.”

Lohan came to the Hempstead courthouse with her mom, as passengers inside a chauffeur-driven silver Rolls-Royce.

Prosecutors asked Nassau County District Court Judge Joy Watson to suspend Lohan’s driver’s license. The judge agreed, and told Lohan not to drive until her DWI case is resolved.

“You’re not allowed to drive do you understand that?” Watson said.

“Yes,” Lohan responded.

Heller, claiming Lohan has a clean criminal record, said he’s confident prosecutors will take it easy on her.

“I am confident the DA will temper justice with mercy,” Heller said.

Lohan was arrested for allegedly speeding on the Northern State Parkway on Sept. 12, with a blood-alcohol level of 0.15, nearly double the legal limit, officials said.

Lohan admitted to downing between two and three glasses of Pinot Grigio that night at a friend’s place, according to a criminal complaint filed by prosecutors.

After she was pulled over in westbound lanes of the parkway near Route 135, troopers asked Lohan to stand on one leg. The wobbly mom  only lasted five seconds before she “asked if she was done” with the field-sobriety test, the complaint said.

For no apparent reason, Lohan dropped names to troopers, telling them she had just rubbed elbows with talk-show queen Oprah Winfrey.

“Defendant stated that Oprah had interviewed her at her house three days earlier and that she would be 50 years old on Saturday,” according to the complaint.
