Rumor is that Fox’s “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” star and “SNL” alum Andy Samberg will marry harpist and singer/songwriter Joanna Newsom this weekend in Berkeley, Calif.
Sources tell us that the comedian has chosen to hold the wedding in his home city.
But he has been trying to keep the details of the ceremony and the guests strictly under wraps, telling Life & Style at the 2013 TCAs last month, “Yes [we’ve set a date] . . . but I’m not telling anyone!” Samberg proposed to Newsom earlier this year.
A rep confirmed in February that they got engaged after five years of dating. But his reps would not comment Monday about the wedding arrangements, and our e-mails were not returned.
