In the wake of rumors about Robin Thicke cheating, he only had eyes and hands for his wife, Paula Patton, at his “Blurred Lines” album release party.
The couple arrived to club No. 8 at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, exiting the car holding hands.
They then sat at a table with a group of women, one of whom we’re told is Thicke’s facialist and appeared to be friends with Patton.
But following his now infamous “butt grab” picture with a blonde (who later claimed they kissed in a bathroom) following the VMAs, Thicke and Patton were leaving nothing about their union in doubt.
“Thicke was all over Paula, dancing and making out with her while chain-smoking cigarettes,” said a spy. “It just stopped short of a full-on twerk . . . like he was overcompensating.”
While he was scheduled to play three songs, Thicke only performed “Blurred Lines,” before heading back to his wife’s side.
Later, Thicke, Patton and the group headed to the Darby downstairs, where they sat in a VIP section, but continued twerking it for the crowd.
“Thicke was flirty with the women, but was hamming it up for his wife, continuing to make out with her and putting his hands all over her. They seemed really happy and into each other.”
